Village awarded BOA

Gov. Andrew Cuomo announced, on Thursday May 9, 2015, that our village has qualified to become a Brownfield Opportunity Area.  This is something that makes the Village Board, Mayor Liendecker, and should make village residents proud.

“We are very pleased to have worked closely with the New York Department of State on this project,”  Mayor Catherine L. Liendecker said in the release.  “We look forward to continuing to work with them to continue the advance our goals for the village.  Their assistance was and is invaluable and will enable our village to qualify for additional grant funding for our redevelopment.”
