There will be an informational meeting regarding new recycle/garbage implementation in Lewis County on Saturday March 5th at 9am at the Fire Hall.  Please come to hear updates and share ideas to help the Village Board find ways to remain fiscally responsible during this budget preparation season.


Update on Scrap Metal Drive:  Just wanted to let everyone know that the scrap drive collected 9,487 pounds which brought in $874.43.  We want to send a thank you to everyone that helped.  OTIS hopes they can do it again in the spring.

National night out



This year’s free residential household hazardous waste and electronic equipment collection will be held at the Lewis County Transfer Station, Rt 26, Lowville on September 6 from 8:00am-12:00pm.

A flyer with the details is attached.  This event is open to all residential households in Jefferson, Lewis and St. Lawrence Counties.
